Three Indian cities, one social design question
Piloting Futures is a one year social design programme (October 2025 to September 2026) run by C4SD with Ink Social Design, Amsterdam, and supported by the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands. It works in three Indian cities, each facing a different civic system under strain — three lenses applied to all: start from how people already live, find where the system and everyday life rub against each other, and design with the people who keep these places running.
