IT Boom & Consumerism: Ownership moved inside gated RWAs. Pride became a new car, not a clean street. Water became a product delivered by private tankers.
Today, ownership is fragmented, clean inside gates, dirty outside. But amid a water and waste crisis, a turning point emerges with citizen clean-up drives and new community solutions.
